ORGANISATION PROFILE

Airworthiness assurance for military aircraft and airborne systems, is the service provided by CEMILAC.It is organised into 14 RCMAs (Regional Centre for Military Airworthiness), CEMILAC can cost effectively undertake design validation, certification and type approval, analysis of accidents/incidents, evaluation and extension of life of aircraft and components and approval of design organistaions.

Over 800 type approvals for variety of items like cables, parachutes, batteries, super alloys, anti-collision light, brake pods, aircraft clocks have been given by CEMILAC.
